Lifory (“the app”) does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number. The photos you take and the date and time stamped on them are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere. To keep the app stable and improve it, we collect only the error reports and anonymous usage statistics described below.

The information in section 1 is processed by Firebase, a service of Google LLC, and is transferred to and stored on Google servers in the United States and other countries.

You can install and open the app without granting these permissions, and you can change them anytime in Settings > Lifory.
When you tap Share, the iOS share sheet opens. Your photo goes only to the app or person you choose, and is then handled under that service’s privacy policy.
Tapping Settings (top right of the camera screen) > Send Feedback opens your Mail app. To help us troubleshoot, the message is pre-filled with the app version, device model and OS version. Nothing is sent until you review it and tap Send, and you can delete the pre-filled text. We use the emails we receive only to reply to you and improve the app.
The information we collect does not directly identify you, but if you would like it deleted or its processing stopped, please email us at the address below. Once you delete the app, no further information is collected. You can remove the photos and settings on your device at any time by deleting photos in the app or deleting the app.
The app is not directed at children, does not ask for age and does not separately collect personal information from children.
